El depa perfecto Positive: Hermoso y perfecto Negative: Que no vivo ahí 🥲

Needs some improvements and could be better. Positive: Location was in close proximity to many great restaurants and shops. The bed was also quite comfortable and the apartment itself is very well stocked with what you would need. Negative: There is an ant problem in the apartment, not overwhelming so but should not be happening. The apartment is also located in the same building as a club which ends yo being quite noisy on the weekends - when you enter into the front door, the stairs down to the club and past security and up the elevators are how you get to the apartment. The security at the front desk as rude (not all staff, just one). Lastly, when I arrived the toilet seat was covered with a black powder and someone had gone to the bathroom but not flushed which left me questioning the hygiene. I did let the owner know of all this and he was polite however no concerns for him other than the rude staff which I was quite startled with as the toilet and ants are large issues.
